Kamau is one of the founders of Mbugwa, Atudo & Macharia Advocates and the Managing Partner of the firm.
He is the Head of the Conveyancing and Commercial law Department.

Kamau has practical experience in dealing with a variety of conveyancing transactions which include preparation and perfection of bank security documents on behalf of banks, preparation and registration of transfer of land, leases, charges, discharge of charges, caveats, restrictions, cautions and Powers of Attorney.

He has substantial experience of Corporate law and Commercial transactions including Commercial Contracts, Business Set-up, Corporate Restructuring, Company Incorporations, Property Law and Private Client Services.
